Cancellation Policy
Due to a high increase in last-minute cancellations, we have implemented a 24-hour cancellation policy. Patients must give at least 24 hours’ notice if they need to cancel an appointment.
Revolution Sports Injuries Clinic charges fees for all appointments which are cancelled within 24 hours of appointment times or for non-attendance.
Why do we make these charges?
We completely understand that things in life will pop up unexpectedly and we will always take your personal circumstances into consideration.
If you don’t attend an appointment or cancel at the last minute, we don’t have the opportunity to utilise the appointment for another patient in need.
Charges
Late cancellation or non-attendance: 100% appointment charge.
Private paying customers will be required to settle their account for these charges before booking their next appointment. For any patient that is paying through medical insurance companies, we will pass on the cancellation charges to your provider.
